This website, dominionpoolpros.com, is operated by Dominion Digital Group under the name Dominion Pool Pros ("Dominion Pool Pros", "we", "us"). By using this website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

What Dominion Pool Pros does

Dominion Pool Pros is a free referral service. We connect Florida homeowners with independent local pool professionals and do not perform any pool or spa work ourselves. When you submit a request, we pass it to one or more independent pool professionals who may be able to help. Requesting a match is free for homeowners, and you are never obligated to hire anyone.

We do not perform, supervise or control any pool or spa work. We do not set prices, schedules or terms for work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a pro.

Independent pool professionals

The professionals you may be matched with are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Dominion Pool Pros. We do not endorse any particular pro, and we are not responsible for their work, advice, prices, conduct, licensing or insurance.

You are responsible for deciding whether to hire a pro. Before work begins, confirm that the pro you hire holds the Florida license your job requires. We also recommend asking for a written estimate, confirming insurance coverage and checking references before you agree to any work.

Availability

We currently accept requests for homes in six Florida metro areas: Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Jacksonville, Fort Myers and Miami. Submitting a request does not mean a pro will be available for your location, job or timing. Response times depend on the independent pros.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in your request.
• Only submit requests for property you own or are authorized to arrange work for.
• Do not use the website to send spam, false requests or harmful content, or to interfere with its operation.

Communications

By submitting a request, you agree that Dominion Pool Pros and the independent pro who receives it may contact you by phone, text or email about your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time, and you can reply STOP to any text message.

Website content

The guides and information on this website are general information for Florida homeowners. They are not professional, engineering, legal or safety advice for your specific pool. Always follow the advice of a qualified professional who has seen your pool, and follow official guidance during storms and emergencies. Brand names such as Pentair, Hayward, Jandy and Raypak are mentioned only as equipment that pros commonly work on. They are the property of their owners and do not indicate any partnership.
